I contacted Kastle and Omar was very quick to respond and provide examples of a railing similar to what I wanted. We quickly agreed on a price and scheduled an installation date. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept the area clean during and after the work was done, and left us with a fantastic and functional railing for my 90yr old mother-in-law who lives with us. renovation. We had just purchased a new home and were getting floors installed. Our floor installer said we needed "a stair contractor" to fix some things that weren't safe. Anytime I hear a word before "contractor" I know I'm in trouble and it's going to cost me. Still, the safety of my family was important so we got numerous quotes. This project was not on our list of immediate improvements and, as such, wasn't budgeted for. Omar worked with us on price, the scope of the work and timing. His son and brother-in-law are part of his crew and it's great to see a family working hard together. Everything was done on time (as a matter of fact, Omar even offered to complete the job on July 4th so we could maintain our schedule (we declined, we preferred he spend time relaxing with his family and we had a little flexibility).
Do yourself a favor and give Kastle a shot.

Highly recommend! Omar and team follow through. We hired them to 'redo" a job that another contractor had messed up. Kastle Stair was a refreshing company to work with. Their teams show up at the prearranged time and complete the job to the customer's satisfaction. Omar is also very good at turning a customer's vision into reality. We are completing several updates to our house inside and out and Kastle Stair has been, by far, the easiest company to work with.
